I took Noah to the WIC Easter egg hunt, because, at that point, I didn't know if we'd have another opportunity. They had healthy snacks and little toys, including key chains that he immediately called his "keys" and used in his little red car.
We did our own Easter stuff, of course. The Easter Bunny went for quality over quantity this year. Don't let Jonah's expression fool you - it was good stuff.
Charlotte also invited us over for an Easter egg hunt and dinner at their place that evening. One of the highlights was Farrell Pead putting money in many of the eggs. (He's Delmer's cousin and lives near them.)
Needless to say, there was much eating of candy this Easter. But we still tried to focus on the Savior, in the midst of our sugar high.

Farrell's last name reminded me of a funny story with John's dad last year. Clara said something about the son, Hunter Pead, and Harrison just started giggling so hard. I couldn't figure out what was funny for a second, until Clara kind of rolled her eyes and said, "Hunter PEAD..." John's dad is just fun.
