Natural History Museum

On the second day of our SLC trip, we used our City Pass to go through the Natural History Museum. Much of it was the same, but they had some new things as well.
I put a picture of this last time, but I still love it!
Jonah the Giant Sloth.

They had a traveling Viking exhibit that was fascinating! I wish John could have seen it (but he was at his conference). The kids were worn out by the time we got to this part. I wish I had known how great it was, so I could have paced the visit a little better. The boys were restless.
These are actual nails from a Viking boat hung in it's
original shape. Historic and artsy!

The third day we drove up to the tram at Snowbird, but it was closed. I was frustrated with myself for not checking beforehand. But here's a shot of Maggie in the parking lot, to document the attempt. After that, we visited Greg's family, and saw their newly-finished basement.

Bonus Picture: Tori's exhibit at the YW Evening of Excellence.
