Richfield Visits

We went to Richfield again recently to visit John's parents and Clara's family, and did some fun things with them. Because the weather was still nice, we went on a little hike and had a picnic the first day. While we were eating lunch, John's dad told a story about how someone drove him and Roma to the top of the mountain near us, and they walked down, and had been living there ever since. He was trying to remember who it was, and Clara said, "I can't help you with that, Dad." It was so sweet!

Another day, we went to the place they'd had girls camp. We made a big fire, and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. It was particularly enjoyable, since it would usually have been too late in the year to do something like that. See? Global warming's not such a bad thing.
