December Stuff

Looking at pictures of snow can't make me uptight now. It's spring, and the cold is a not-so-distant memory, thank heavens. One of my favorite memes that circulates occasionally says, "The air hurts my face. Why do I live in a place where the air hurts my face?"

Despite the fact that it takes place in winter, I love the whole Christmas season! I think that I enjoy the activities leading up to Christmas as much as the actual day. So, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, we always decorate the tree. We currently have a small tree from Dave and Jaime, since we left ours behind in NY.

This was our kitten, Ash. She was hit by a car not long after this. Very sad. (She is the only cat we've had that would curl up in bowls.)

Maggie wanted Tori to take some "family pictures" of her and her doll. They make me smile. But the fact that they took the pictures with a big mess behind doesn't so much. (These two showed less than the others.)
