We made our Gingerbread house cakes again. I think this one was Noah's?
DCFS had a Christmas party for the families of the foster kids. A company donated gifts for everyone, so it was fun for the whole family. Eli was at work. (Have I mentioned that he works at a laser tag/mini golf place?) Jonah isn't pictured, but got a remote control motorcycle.
Several of the kids got some kind of air pods this Christmas. Tori got some fancy custom shampoo and some make-up. Jonah got a smart watch. There are other gifts pictured below:
Matching jammies!
Echo got a swing/slide set.
New VR game: Vacation Simulator.
Paw Patrol tower.
We did the traditional pizza and cider on Christmas Eve. This is Christmas Day. Tori made meat loaf. These are new plates, because the box of our old Christmas plates was dropped when someone was carrying them down to the storage room last year.
I enjoyed the Christmas break. It was a full two weeks, and it was a good time to relax and be with our little family. We didn't get to go out to see my side of the family, because of bad weather, which made me sad. But it was nice.
