The girls had a fun time participating in the Uintah cheerleaders' cheer clinic. They performed at half-time of the red/white football game. I joked that it was hard to hear them yelling, "Go Utes!" (Union High students in Roosevelt, the neighboring town, are the Cougars, and their colors are blue and white. It's like our old college rivalry on a smaller scale.)
The boys were excited to see a football game, but watching half the team play the other half was a disappointment. However, the little cheerleaders were worth the trip. And the price of a hot dog. :)
