Barrus Reunion Part I

For the second part of our Utah trip, we went to Cedar City for the Barrus family reunion. Most of John's siblings were able to make it.  They planned a number of really fun activities, but we also allowed time for hanging out - and watching the Olympics!  One day I didn't take any pictures, so I'll tell about it.  The older cousins and most of the adults went to the St. George temple to do baptisms for Barrus ancestors.  Charlotte, Jessie and I took the younger kids to a water park - one of those that has water spraying out of cement pads, etc.

My in-laws are all so good to us.  I'm very blessed to have married into such a loving, fun family.
Clara's ward had a Pioneer Day celebration that we all attended.  Here we are waiting for the Primary parade.
John ended up holding a ward member's baby while she got food.  Maggie LOVES babies.
We got some craft projects to keep the kids from getting bored on the days before the other relatives arrived.  John's parents set up this big enclose by the house to provide some shade.
One of the best things about any reunion is playing with the older cousins!
Tori really enjoyed being with Laura.
We all went to the Green Show at the Shakesperean Festival.
Maggie danced right along with the performers.
