How does my garden grow?
Hooray for John! We had our second salad from the garden today! He cut off some lettuce leaves, turnip greens, and green onions and you can't even see a difference in the supply. He also picked some radishes. The kids have been picking and eating the radishes with John for a while now. Both Tori and Eli eat the salad very well - largely because they helped grow and pick the stuff. Unfortunately, Jonah won't, but maybe with repeated exposure. Here are some shots from our picture-perfect garden:


John added a third 4'x8' box and planted a number of pepper plants. On the end not shown, he planted more lettuce, radishes and turnips for our salads.
Here are a couple of shots of our hanging planter vegetables. He's got tomatoes, cucumbers and zuchinni coming along very nicely. He also planted beans and some herbs in the tops.

Nothing wrong with pride over your garden, it is amazing and you guys have put in a lot of hard work and research on it! Great Job!!
