I often do kids, but now it's time for some bragging about John. He designed the extension of the parking lot and new green area and walkway in front of the Vernal temple. They closed the road in front, and bought the homes across the street to allow for the expansion. There have been a lot of revisions and changes along the way, but right now, there is a beautiful section of flowers and plants down the center that will be lined with two outer rows of trees. (That part will look a bit like the entrance to the Mt. Timpanogos temple when the trees mature.) It isn't all finished yet, but here are some aerial photos our orthodontist took.
It has a very peaceful feeling already. There are often people walking around when we go to see the progress. And John has never enjoyed a work project like he has this one!
