Beach Day

I have to admit, I'm not a beach person. When I was younger, I went along willingly with others because I was hoping for a nice tan. (Or a burn that would turn into a nice tan.) Now, we're all about sunscreen. Of course, I do recognize that the ocean and surrounding scenery are beautiful - I just don't like heat and sticky sand.

However, this trip to the beach was really fun! The weather was mild and pleasant: warm enough to swim in, but nice to sit out in, too. I enjoyed visiting with Rhonda, Greg and John and watching the kids. And the kids loved everything about it. It was a relaxing way to end our trip.

We loved staying with Greg and Rhonda and their kids. They were so kind and thoughtful. I can't even begin to express the gratitude I feel. They are wonderful.
