The Days Before Christmas

Here are some miscellaneous Christmas pictures. First are the emptied advent calendars. This is one of my kids' favorite pre-Christmas traditions.

Tori and Eli sang at a school Christmas concert. I am so, so sad, because I accidentally erased all of the pictures and video clips from it but this one. Drat! (And what kinds of hormones or odd foods are the parents at this school feeding their freakishly tall children? :)

Here are the kids with Santa at the ward Christmas party. I think this is the only time this year that Jonah went near Santa. Maybe he figured it was his last chance to put in some good requests. The kids kept asking for Fuzzoodles. It was like the go-to answer when they nervously sat down on Santa's lap.

I didn't get many good shots on Christmas Eve, so I'll just add one on the end here. The cousins all dressed up for the nativity reading from the Bible. We went to my parents' home and had the traditional pizza on our traditional placemats and my dad read from the scriptures. Before that, at home, the kids opened their pajamas - and one group gift: Fuzzoodles!
